In the spirit of the holidays, I’m posting a series where my favorite bloggers (and I) are sharing our favorite gifts. Â I’m kicking things off with my most favorite gift – my Canon Rebel xs DSLR camera.
My parents gave me the camera as a 26th birthday gift, but it wasn’t until I took this DSLR workshop (a gift from my husband) that I actually learned how to use it. Â Both gifts helped cultivate a new hobby that quickly is turning into a passion. Â Thanks to these gifts, the walls in my apartment are covered in photos from our travels and my blog has great original photography. Â As appealing the convenience of my iPhone and Instagram are, I still lug my DSLR wherever I go.
