Work It Out

    My work out playlist is a major motivation factor in sticking to an exercise regimen.  When I’m constantly hitting “next” on my iPod during a run, it’s time for a new playlist (this tends to happen every few weeks).  Over happy hour drinks on Wednesday with PhillyGrrl, she shared my sentiments on the workout playlist rut.  I’ve recently put together an eclectic (and slightly embarrassing) playlist that keeps me going for hour-long cardio sessions, marathon e-mail sessions, and long walks in random airports.  And I’m taking PG’s suggestion and posting it here for you all to enjoy.
