One of my favorite posts of the year was this one – and it’s largely due to the wonderful interview I had the opportunity to conduct with famed skincare scientist, Jules Zecchino.
Mostly, I was curious as to what he was working on now (after developing cult classics like Elizabeth Arden’s Ceramide capsules and Estee Lauder’s Perfectionist).
At that lunch, I got the scoop on his newest product – Erasa XEP30.
I’m not one to try out new beauty products often. I know what I like, and I stick with it. But between Divya’s rave reviews and Jules’ description of Erasa XEP30, I was open to try it.
It’s now a permanent, never-miss-an-application part of my beauty routine.
Here’s the truth about anti-aging products. Most of them have two active ingredients at the most, which yields the same number of benefits (anti-wrinkle and skin firming, or anti-wrinkle and even skin tone).
Erasa XEP30 has 9 actives that yield FIVE major skin benefits.
Stabilizing two actives together is difficult. Stabilizing 9 is nearly impossible.
Not only does this formulation give you flawless and healthy skin, it’s also been through a rigorous comparison testing against the top anti-aging products.
We’re talking a study similar to a pharmaceutical Phase I comparison study – tests conducted by an independent third party, blinded products, quantitative endpoints.
Erasa XEP30 came out on top. Every time. Specifically, average appearance of wrinkle reduction across the sample was 64%. On average, roughness was reduced by 32% and skin lightening/even tone improved by 36%.
Which may be why it’s on the pricier side of skincare products, at $160 a bottle.
I know. It’s definitely expensive. But consider this – your skin is your largest organ. A product like this is an investment in keeping it as healthy and beautiful as possible.
