I spent most of the holiday week wearing sweats and workout clothes – though lazy, it was wonderful to lounge around in fuzzy sweatpants and baby-soft shirts.  As much as I enjoyed it, it’s my mission to put more of an effort in my everyday outfits in 2012.  Pairing this shiny skirt with a cozy sweater and scarf made for a chic and comfortable outfit for New Year’s Eve, which we spent reminiscing and laughing with our families, eating too much food, and toasting 2012 with prosecco.
