While I’ve mastered the art of packing (and more later on how you can do the same!), I do hate how much room a pair of sneakers does occupy in my suitcase.
I could pack a much cuter pair of shoes instead, or an extra dress, or save room for shopping! Â But I digress…
After puttering around the interwebs yesterday, I discovered Amanda Russell – an adorable, energetic trainer with a slew of free videos on YouTube – cardio, conditioning, nutrition, you name it. Â Best of all – many of her workouts are barefoot. Â And intense. Â And quick.
I pinned a few of the videos to my Fitness board, and after seeing how quickly they were repinned and liked, I decided to share some of my favorites with you as well:
