Though my summer to-do list was pretty much a bust, I remain committed to the seasonal bucket list.
Also, I slightly cheated by adding things I’ve already done this year.
We’ve already decorated our apartment and tree (right after Thanksgiving!). I dipped a toe in the holiday card waters and created an electronic card via Paperless Post (which we’ll send this weekend).
On the film front, we’ve caught Elf and Home Alone (Silver Linings Playbook, Love Actually, Lincoln, The Hobbit are on deck). And I’m putting the finishing touches on my jazz-themed holiday playlist. It’s quite obvious that Santa Baby is my favorite classic Christmas song.
This weekend we’re going to The Nutcracker and decorating a gingerbread village.  I hope to enjoy the rest of these items before we jet off to Thailand on the 20th.
