My apologies for my absence, but I’ve spent my absence getting married, enjoying my honeymoon, and planning for new content for my beloved blog.

The husband and I jetted off to the Maldives on January 1st. Â After an exhausting 11 hours of travel (including 3 flights and 1 boat ride), we arrived to the Alila Hadahaa and our gorgeous aqua villa. Â We fell into a relaxing routine of sleeping, eating, lounging, and reading (both of us tore through Stieg Larsson‘s trilogy, and I now understand its popularity) and left the Maldives relaxed and more deeply in love than ever.
