It’s very weird to not be traveling during this time of the year.
My family typically heads on vacation during the holidays. Last year, we returned from our 3 week trip through Asia. The year before that, we were in Thailand.
The year before that was supposed to be spent in Costa Rica…but this happened. Oh well.
It could be worse. There are worse places to spend the holidays than New York.
I shared this ‘home for the holidays’ packing list last year. While a lot of the content is still the same, I’ve updated it and given it a bit of a makeover as well.
Most importantly, it’s still free. You can snag it here.
AND while you’re in the packing guides shop, you may find some new titles.
How To Pack Accessories contains my step-by-step process for packing your shoes, bags, jewelry, and seasonal items. At 9 pages, it’s got everything you need to pack everything carry-on only without sacrificing style.
How To Pack Everything combines all of the guides – clothing, toiletries, and accessories – into a comprehensive handbook on how to pack  any item for any trip. It’s also a lot cheaper than purchasing all the guides separately.
If you want to stop overpacking, paying for checked luggage only to have it lost, and agonizing over what to pack when you should be heading to the airport, then these guides are for you.
The guides are more than advice – they teach you an exact process to packing that you can use for any trip, any length, and any style of clothing.
AND they’re cheaper than a one-way checked bag fee.
You can snag 10% off your guides order using the code MERRY until December 21st.
Happy holidays, and happy travels!
