There are few better things about fall than the return of pumpkin-flavored foods. I’m thrilled that Dunkin has added less-guilty Munchkins to its pumpkin roster. I stock up on canned pumpkin to add to nearly everything – oatmeal, cream cheese for bagels, and most sweet breakfast items. I whipped up pumpkin pancakes on the first blustery Saturday here in New York; the fluffy, sweet cakes, topped with warmed maple syrup, was the ideal meal to welcome autumn. I used Gwyneth Paltrow’s pancake recipe and added a can of pumpkin to the batter.
