Hey all – I’m headed back to NYC from Ohio today (productive meetings, yes!), and want to introduce you to a new project I’m involved with.  Single Girl Dinner is the brainchild of my friend Jessica, who has pioneered the meal movement of “what we’re eating when you’re not looking.”  Sadly, to anyone who follows me on Instagram knows that my meals usually involve Taco Bell.  Check out the Tumblr feed pre-launch, and stay tuned to the fabulous weekly contests that Jessica will be hosting!  They involve trophies that are optimal for ice-cream eating while watching The Bachelor…as any self-respecting Single Girl Diner would do….
