Jessica is a girl after my own heart – in addition to having impeccable style, she also is a massive Target fan.  And when she tracked down the leopard print jeans we had been discussing the week before, she graciously picked me up a pair and shipped them to NYC.  I finally got to wear them on Sunday, to a museum and brunch date with the husband.  We spent the afternoon wandering through the Beyond Planet Earth exhibit, visited the dinosaurs on the 4th floor (I may or may not have an obsession with triceratops), and ate at Le Pain Quotidien before strolling the 40 blocks home.
The perfect ending to the day would have been comfort food and Oscars watching on my couch, but I instead spent the evening in LaGuardia airport and flying to Columbus, where I’ll be for meetings until Tuesday morning. Â Happy Monday, all.
