I know, I know – it’s nearly October. Â But September was kind of an awesome (and hectic) month, and I always love recapping my favorite new things in this series. Â So here you have it, in its Indian Standard Time glory (i.e. extremely late).
September was heavy on the travel (I was gone more than I was at home), and the many long flights were made better with splurging on a set of Frends headphones and saving with two couldn’t-put-down books.  The Gold Coast was a Great Gatsby-meets-The Godfather, set in the 80s.  Finerman’s Rules was the kind of book I had hoped Lean In to be (more on that later) – full of superb business advice compellingly written.  I also got a new organization system in place, swapping my battered Moleskine notebook and ball point pens for a Russell + Hazel mini binder and Le Pen pens.  With travel wrecking havoc on my system, David Kirsch’s Greens made sure I kept up with my morning green juice habit, even while on the road.  I’ve been on and off the One Month Madness system, but can attest that this program works – I do the workouts at least 3 times a week and the meditations daily.  This cuff from Sole Society barely left my wrist this month, and the same goes with Chromatic Gallerie’s new flats (hands down, the only pair of shoes I wore all last month and the first half of this one).
