Every time I come home from a trip, I sigh happily at the sight of the New York City skyline.
After this trip, I was ready to kiss the floor of Newark Liberty International Airport.
There were some significant highlights to my weekend in Vegas – seeing two of my best friends, relaxing in the cabana on Sunday while eating wings and watching the Eagles, indulging in some truly excellent meals.
And then there was the rest of Vegas. Â While I admittedly have a low bullshit tolerance in general, it’s been reduced to nothing during pregnancy. Â And Las Vegas is the mecca of bullshit.
Even with the ridiculous traffic (thank you, United Nations) and the constant noise, it’s pure bliss to be back in NYC.
The weather is perfect, the next few days are filled with fun meetings and events, and the Eagles are 3-0. Â Does life get better than this? Â I think not…
