As much as I would love to be, I am NOT a minimalist.
A healthy collector? Yes.
The one area of my life that’s extremely streamlined is my makeup routine. All of my products fit in this small organizer. I wear the same foundation that a helpful associate at Sephora recommended to me 6 years ago. I didn’t start filling my eyebrows regularly until 2 years ago.
I rarely, if ever, try out new products.
But it’s not every day when something called On-The-Glow is launched (by Wander Beauty no less).
I was intrigued by the name. The product itself? SOLD for life.
The application is incredibly smooth. Both the blush and illuminator blend beautifully into the skin. Once applied, it feels as if you’re wearing nothing. One swipe of the blush is enough for a barely-there flush; two gives your cheeks a rosy glow.
Best of all? It’s not a liquid, making it the perfect beauty companion for any trip.
For everyday wear, I swipe the blush (I use Coral Rose) on my cheeks and dab it on my lips. I apply the illuminator across my eyelids, down my nose, and dab it in the corners of my eyes and on my Cupid’s bow (something I also do after a long flight and need to look more awake). I let the product warm onto my skin (along with copious amounts of concealer under my eyes) while I fill in my eyebrows.
How did I go nearly 30 years without filling in my eyebrows? If you’ve read this blog for longer than that – I blame you.
Not really. But maybe a little.
Once the war paint makeup has been blended in my skin, I’m off to do more important things. Like having a dance party with Rho. Or, you know, work.
On-The-Glow. Making me look better in mere seconds, since 2015.

The fine print – Wander Beauty gifted me the On-The-Glow blush & illuminator, but all opinions are my own. For me to dedicate a full post to a single beauty product means I really love it. And I really, really do love this one.
