My work out playlist is a major motivation factor in sticking to an exercise regimen. Â When I’m constantly hitting “next” on my iPod during a run, it’s time for a new playlist (this tends to happen every few weeks). Â Over happy hour drinks on Wednesday with PhillyGrrl, she shared my sentiments on the workout playlist rut. Â I’ve recently put together an eclectic (and slightly embarrassing) playlist that keeps me going for hour-long cardio sessions, marathon e-mail sessions, and long walks in random airports. Â And I’m taking PG’s suggestion and posting it here for you all to enjoy.
